Autobiography Akhmetbayeva Ulan Japashevna was born in 1959 on June 20 in Narynkol, Narynkol district, Almaty region. In 1965-1975, after graduating from the Dzhambul S. Dzhambul secondary school in the Dzhambul district of the Almaty region, she worked in the Kazglavsnabprose at the Ministry of Education of the Kazakh SSR as a distributor for the preparation of educational and visual aids. She began her teaching career in 1984 as a Russian language and literature teacher at secondary school No. 10 in Almaty. In 1985- 1986, she worked as a RONO methodologist, deputy. Director of educational work of the district youth school S.Uzynagach of the Dzhambul district of the Almaty region. In 1986-1988, she worked as a senior laboratory assistant at the Department of Russian, Kazakh and Foreign Literature of the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical Institute. In 1988- 1990, she completed an internship as a research intern at the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. In 1990-1995, she worked as a teacher of Kazakh, Russian languages.
